Lake County Grading has excavated and placed topsoil in basin D and has started to place stone for the sidewalks, medians and bike paths. They will complete topsoil spreading in the upcoming weeks.

Landmark has completed most of the Curb and Gutter at the Dowell Road and Fisher Road Roundabouts and has completed the retaining wall cap. They will be starting the sidewalks and stamped colored concrete for the islands and truck aprons in the upcoming weeks.

Peter Baker will complete the HMA Binder for the roadway today. They will place HMA Surface in the upcoming weeks.

Hometowne Electric has started to excavate for electrical foundations and will start pouring concrete for them on 8/22/2025. They will place conduit and wiring for the lights in the upcoming weeks.

The contractors are progressing ahead of schedule on the contract.

Lake County Grading has installed all of the storm sewers and has excavated retention basin C and most of retention basin B and has placed most of the embankment on the project.  They have also completed the placement of the geotechnical fabric, underdrains, and aggregate subgrade for the roadway.

Natural Creations has completed the precast modular retaining wall. See attached photos.

Landmark has completed pouring concrete for the curb and gutter at the Dowell Road Roundabout and is pouring concrete for the retaining wall cap.

Upcoming work will include concrete curb and gutter at Fisher roundabout, median and truck apron stamped colored concrete, lighting, sidewalk, and hot mix asphalt pavement.
